Verena Wolf

Verena Wolf ist wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im JRT01 und forscht zur Atmosphäre als Global Commons. In ihrer Promotion untersucht Verena wie die Atmosphäre durch die Verschmutzung ungleich appropriiert wurde und welche Rolle Eigentum in der Regulierung der Verschmutzung spielt. Sie absolvierte den interdisziplinären Masterstudiengang „Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy“ (SEEP) an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien und schloss ihren Bachelor in Volkswirtschaftslehre und Politikwissenschaften an der Universität Köln. Zudem war sie wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Soziologie und Empirische Sozialforschung der WU Wien, Koordinatorin der Degrowth-Konferenz in Wien zu Strategien für eine sozial-ökologische Transformation und aktives Mitglied im Netzwerk Plurale Ökonomik. Ihre Forschungsinteressen sind Mitigation des Klimawandels, Eigentum und Commons, Ungleichheit, sozial-ökologische Transformationsprozesse, sowie ökonomische Theoriengeschichte.
